Instead of seeing what you are craving for or obsessing over, you see visual flashbacks (blocks falling). This effect can last 4 to 5 hours. If you play Tetris after witnessing a traumatic event, ideally within 6 hours, it prevents flashbacks and alleviates symptoms of PTSD.
