Welcome to Unearned Wisdom. Unlike most niche websites, I don’t write about only one topic.
My goal is to find the best insights I can from the books I have read and to share them with you. It does not matter to me whether these books are about biology, psychology, behavioral economics, philosophy, politics, business or history.
There are many ideas, and many perspectives that I find interesting. Some are useful, others are thought-provoking. My goal is to explore the best ideas that are out there and to see which ones survive close scrutiny, and which ones don’t. To do this, I will need your help in critiquing this ideas and finding better ones.
The journey that you choose to take as you explore these ideas depends on your interests at the moment. If you are short on time, and want to survey the best ideas I have learned from books, go to Book Summaries.
If you prefer to read an article that entertains different points of views, and incorporate insights from several books, then you can find these in Articles.
I am not an expert in any of these subjects, so there will undoubtedly be limitations to the depth of insight I can provide. But in the end, it is more important for me to create introductions to great insights that have already been discovered.
As Bismarck said, “Fools say that they learn by experience. I prefer to profit by others’ experience.”
Unearned Wisdom is a for profit website, that aims to share and critique great book ideas.
